Full set of 8 Purex grids
These filter grids are designed for Diatomaceous Earth filter applications. All grids are constructed with a reinforced center core for added durability. Seams are stitched with heavy duty, chemical resistant string and are sonic welded to prevent fraying. Make the switch and notice the difference.- they are 100% Polypropylene cloth. Polypropylene is mildew and rot resistant and has excellent resistance to acids and alkalis. This material has been in use in the Pool and Spa industry for over 50 years. During this time the Polypropylene material has gone through several modifications. Improvements such as yarn construction, weave pattern, and fabric finishing allow for better control of the fabric's permeability in order to optimize the D.E cake characteristics. These grids can be used with the following filters:

Purex/Pentair SMBW2000 Series
Purex/Pentair SMBW4000 Series
