Return Policy
We want you to feel completely confident when shopping with Magnolia Pool and Spa Supply. You should know that the products and services you are purchasing are the finest in quality available on the market today. That said, sometimes customers order the wrong part, make a mistake, or find they don't need a product after they have purchased it. We understand, and that is why we have created a great return policy that protects all of our customers from needless expenses, abuse of our return policies, and the confidence that Magnolia Pool and Spa Supply is with you every step of the way.

Magnolia's Return Policy. All products you purchase from Magnolia's website are subject to our return policy. All returnable items must be returned, unused, in original, unopened packaging, with brochures and instruction manuals within 30 days from the date of purchase. Customers are responsible for shipping costs. Returned items MUST have a Magnolia-generated Return Goods Authorization (RGA) granting permission for the return. If the return is on account of a manufacturer defect, broken items, an incorrectly shipped item, the item will be evaluated when it is received back by our company. If it was an erroneous return or not the fault of Magnolia or the manufacturer, no refund will be given.
Cost to Return an Item. Because any returned item will cost our company money, and accordingly would cost all of our other customers money, we charge a 45% restocking fee on any item returned to us. Customers are also liable for all shipping charges to and from the original shipping location. This means that if a customer orders a product for $100 + $5 shipping, returns it unopened and undamaged, the customer will be refunded $55. All shipping charges must be paid by the customer.
30-Day Return Policy. We strive to maintain the highest level of service to each of our customers. Accordingly, our return policy reflects the way we can best keep our prices low and our services outstanding. We will accept returns of approved items within 30 days of the original date of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items. Special order items are not returnable. Used items are not returnable. Before ordering, call us to confirm that you are ordering the correct item(s). This will alleviate most of the problems you may face by ordering a part you may not need. To keep our prices low, and to provide quality services to all of our customers, the following items or categories cannot be returned: electronic parts; all chemicals; heaters; pumps; automatic vacuum cleaners; brushes; opened goods; used goods; damaged goods caused by customer; and other specialty items that include special return policies made available to our customers during the purchasing process.
Shipping Damage. If you receive a product from us that is damaged during shipment, you must refuse shipment at the time of delivery. We will assess and ship you a new product immediately. If you do not reject shipment of a damaged item, our normal return policy will take precedent and may prevent a refund. As always, check your packaging and the product before signing for any shipment.
Change Your Mind? You can cancel an order with us. Sometimes customers change their mind or determine they need a different product after they've ordered from us. To minimize cost to you, the faster you move, the better. After you place an order, and before it is delivered, here are your options: cancel the order BEFORE it ships and retain a full refund minus a 5% handling fee (for a handling fee of no less than $5); or cancel the order AFTER it ships but before it is delivered, and receive a refund for the product minus the charges for shipping and a 15% handling fee (for a handling fee of no less than $5). Once a product is delivered to you, a 55% restocking fee applies to the customer, as does the cost to ship the product back to us.
Where Do You Send Your Return? Only authorized returns will be accepted. Returns are shipped at the expense of the customer, using the same packaging, and must include original box, all manuals and brochures, ETC. Refund Timing. Once we receive an approved item back from a customer, it will typically take 5-7 business days before a refund to be posted on your account. If we have questions we may call you to clarify.
Unauthorized Returns. Any item that is returned to us without an RMA number issued from Magnolia Pools will be refused and returned to the sender.
